Bellevue

Ideally situated on the Ohio River just six miles to downtown, Bellevue is a walking community that features an impressive business district for its size. From a grocery store and hardware store to the notable restaurant, Vivo (“best food I’ve ever had in my life” says one resident) and a popular coffee house,  Bellevue residents get the benefits of a small town while living minutes from  downtown.

Don't miss the Andrew Bayne Memorial Library housed in a gorgeous mansion, and some of the older and splendid homes in a similar architectural style. The borough has a wealth of churches, along with Bayne Park and Suburban hospital. Affogato owner Victoria moved here from D.C. and was blown away by the affordable housing and the walkable nature of small but sweet Bellevue.

In French that translates to “beautiful view”.
