Dalton’s Edge, developed by
Trek Development Group, Inc., with the
Allegheny County Housing Authority, deserves raves for adding 120 new affordable residences
for seniors to Allegheny County. The $17.8 million development also
is helping to color this Rust Belt mill city “green.”
