Former editor of AIA Pittsburgh's Columns magazine, with her own writing and marketing business, she has written about topics ranging from architecture and urban design to health and economics. A two-time boomeranger, she returned from Los Angeles where she worked in national media sales, with post-grad studies in writing and photography at UCLA. Her passions (besides her family and Pop City of course) include music, reading, photography, cycling and  travel, especially as a Global Village trip leader for Habitat for Humanity. Like other transplants to this city, she is charmed by the many diverse and eclectic offerings of Pittsburgh--and welcomes the opportunity to showcase them through Pop City.
